Practise one: Face sports

Practise five: Shank sports

The relaxed sports of shank: The back is relaxed, lean against the back, stretch the knee slowly, lift the shank, can feel the muscles of the thigh both sides are being exerted oneself, two legs can be done alternatively. Insist on 15 times, the relaxed feeling that there will be the whole body.

Practise six: Foot sports
